		MCG is classified as a full service provider in this area. We will work with you every step of the way starting from developing an online strategy all the way through the process until your site is deployed with one of our hosting partners. There is no other way for deploying web solutions than getting it right the first time out. MCG is an expert solutions provider in developing high performance web content that is powered by our SQL Server databases. All solutions are cross-browser compatible; yet we will focus on Microsoft Internet Explorer when clients request Intranet applications where the types of user interaction are considerable more complex.
	Service Line Summary

	What is MCG doing for client web initiatives? MCG recently completed the first release of an Intranet portal (“MyITPortal”) used by over 5000 employees of a leading manufacturing and distribution organization. Due to the adoption of Microsoft tools and technologies in this organization, MCG was able to deliver a fully flexible and rich user experience through the Internet Explorer browser. Functionality included hardware/software procurement (e-commerce with internal cost-centers), employee reporting hierarchy, automated hardware/software inventory tracking, and Lotus Notes support incident integration. This engagement was truly rewarding for our consulting practitioners were required to integrate with Oracle 8I, PeopleSoft HR, SQL Sever, and Active Directory Services using ADSI. MCG has spent a considerable amount of time committed to delivering what are commonly called Online Buyer's Guides or Directories. These are usually industry specific "who's who" listings of companies and the products or services they provide. We have been creating the high performance databases, web content, and search capability for these sites. Our customers have asked us to arrange and maintain hosting arrangements for these sites and to be available if problems arise or content changes are required. MCG enjoys the full process of taking clients from vision to reality with these systems.
