MCG's OnyxWise service allows us to analyze your existing Onyx CRM implementation and identify areas for improvement. We'll optimize the SQL database for performance, convert existing BCP batch jobs to DTS, and enhance existing functionality. Recently, MCG eliminated a 2-second delay from an operation that is repeated hundreds of times each day. 2 seconds is small - but not to a SQL Server supporting a user community of 150 employees. This enhancement prevented numerous blocked processes and reduced IT support time and cost dramatically. MCG's HIPAA-CRM (HCRM) solutions provide clients in the healthcare industry with a comprehensive tool kit for managing relationships with a large volume of Trading Partners. Highlights of these solutions include comprehensive management and workflow associated with the tracking of Trading Partner Agreements (TPA), Compliance Testing & Scheduling for all ASN X12 EDI transactions, adherance to Privacy & Security regulations specified in the Federal Register, and integration with products such as the Sybase EC-Gateway and HDR. |

What
CRM services are clients currently demanding and getting from MCG? MCG is actively supporting two CRM initiatives in the Boston metropolitan area. One of them is for a high-profile HealthCare organization that uses CRM to manage a customer base approaching a half-million members. The other involves the use of a web-portal to actively communicate with over 60,000 HIPAA EDI ASN X12 Trading Partners. Work on both of these engagements involves upgrades, customization of database objects, COM/ASP Web components, and large scale data importing and cleansing from current and legacy sources. Our consulting practitioners have provided a full spectrum of services to get these clients from vision through execution. |
